Work-Finding Agreement:

When arranging employment opportunities, the Company acts as an Employment Business for contract positions and an Employment Agency for permanent positions, complying with applicable regulations.

The types of work sought include contract or permanent opportunities in various sectors, with appropriate market rates and conditions.

You have supplied your personal information to the Company.

Services are provided in line with our privacy notice.

For contract positions, the Company operates per its business terms, which you’ve acknowledged receiving in the form of Key Information Documents.

The Company provides services free of charge, including maintaining your details, searching for opportunities, and facilitating introductions and negotiations with clients, though no guarantee is given for successful placement.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including prompt provision of referee details, with the assurance that referees will not be contacted without your consent.

You may opt-out of certain regulations by submitting a Notice of opt Out.

Your request or acceptance of our services constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Withdrawal of Consent:
